2024 Annual Housing Conference
As we all know, our South Coast workforce continues to struggle to find adequate housing that is affordable and reasonably near their place of work. In fact, since 1980 the affordability gap has widened and is significantly greater in Santa Barbara than in the rest of the state or nation. Recent State and local housing policies have begun providing opportunity to address our housing issues, however additional education, effort, and teamwork is needed. The 2024 Santa Barbara Housing Conference builds from the years of community education to ensure continual discussion and on-going problem solving to help correct our housing crisis. Breakfast and specialty coffee included with ticket purchase.
