Art is Vital: An Art & Wellness Fiesta

Join us July 27, 2024 for our nationwide One Nation One Project celebration of arts and wellness. The Berger Theatre stage features a concert sharing of Anita, a new musical by Borderlands Theater about the power of joy to create a sense of home and belonging. The post-show fiesta spills out into the courtyard of the Berger Center with live music, heritage food booths, art exhibits, and interactive activities promoting the connection between arts participation and personal and collective wellbeing. Tucson Mayor Regina Romero will announce the winners of the Art is Vital art contest.
6-8pm concert sharing of Anita: a musical (ticketed with some free tickets available)
8-10pm Fiesta! (free)
Fiesta will have food booths, live music and arts activities. The Mayor of Tucson will also announce the winners of our art contest.
Bring the family and enjoy a summer night in community!

Fiesta is free!
Tickets can be purchased by phone with Brown Paper Tickets. Ticket sales are also available at the door. Seating is limited to 500.

Additional information:
- The concert sharing of Anita: a musical runs for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- The Arts and Wellness Fiesta starts immediately after the Anita concert sharing and takes place
in the courtyard just outside the theatre.
- The Arts and Wellness Fiesta is a non-ticketed event and is FREE. You can join us for either or
both!
- This is an all weather event, rain or shine.
- This is a family friendly event.
