Bahué Live in Springfield: Descarga Hipnótico
Bahué's presents the East Coast premiere of Descarga Hipnótico, a live concert featuring hypnotic works for voice and vibraphone. The lineup boasts new music by renowned and emerging composers Ney Rosauro, Orlando Jacinto García, Jorge Sosa, and Jimena Maldonado. Guests will be treated to a unique improvisation by the Bahué duo, as well as the world premiere of "Tucum" for two instruments and a looping station by Axel Retif. Don't miss this opportunity to experience an unforgettable musical journey into the realm of hypnotic sounds and innovative compositions.
Descarga Hipnótico plays for one night only on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 6:30 PM in Robyn Newhouse Hall of the Community Music School of Springfield at 127 State Street, Springfield, MA. Tickets are pay-what-you-can and can be reserved online at bahueduo.com/schedule. Join Bahué for a Reception directly following the concert.
Bahué is a Latin American duo that focuses exclusively on Latin identity and culture through music. Their season is supported in part by The Aaron Copland Fund for Music 30 Grants to Celebrate 30 Years Award.

COMMUNITY PARTNER ($55) - Our General Admission Ticket Price, plus a little extra to help support a community member's access
BUDGET FRIENDLY ($15) - If your budget is feeling tight this month, you are welcome to select this price
PAY WHAT YOU WILL - Pay any amount to attend
Ticket revenue alone doesnt begin to cover what it costs to produce our shows and will never help us reach our budget goals, but we believe that access to the arts is a foundational human right. We encourage you to select any tier that allows you to attend. ALL are welcome to select any tier that allows access to others.
