Motherlodge Supperstar

On April 8 2023 at American Turners Louisville, a group of musicians, singers, visual artists and live-performance-makers will stage a concert and community sing-along that will include the Music of Jesus Christ Superstar and other music performed on the banks of the Ohio River (in the event of inclement weather, the performance will be moved indoors). .

This 6pm performance of Motherlodge Supperstar (PLEASE NOTE NEW TIME of 6PM) will include an opening set hosted by Brian Barbee featuring songs by members of the performing company, and a meal prepared by Chef Timothy Tucker. It will be a ticketed event, with $50 SEATED MEAL and $10 BYO-CHAIR MEALLESS tickets available in advance or at the gate while supplies last. A second performance of Motherlodge Supperstar that will not serve a meal or have guaranteed seating will take place at 11pm for donations.

Concessions and a bar will be open and operated by Turners Louisville for both performances of Motherlodge Supperstar.

Artists scheduled to appear in Motherlodge Supperstar include: Tyrone Cotton, Laura Ellis, RIZO (formerly Lady Rizo), JD Green, Roadie, Caleb Leiva, Tyler Lance Walker Gill, Todd Hildreth, Danny Kiely, Rebecca Minnick, Ray Rizzo, Jess Meyers, David "Woody" Woodmansee, Mauriece Hamilton, Keith Lankford, Mike Smith, Raymond Orthober, Zach Fry, Robin Hilton and Kurt Vonderhaar, and Yapa performing a set of their own arrangements of Cumbia and original compositions.

A NOTE ABOUT SEATING: the grounds of American Turners have limited chairs. For the 6pm performance of Motherlodge Supperstar, if your ticket does not indicate SEATED + MEAL , you are encouraged to bring your own chair or blanket.

SPRING MOTHERLODGE 2023
Motherlodge Supperstar at American Turners Louisville on April 8 will be the second day of a two-day Spring Motherlodge 2023 arts program presented by Motherlodge that will begin with a concert Friday April 7 at Headliners Music Hall featuring lovesauce and soulbones, RIZO (formerly Lady Rizo), Yapa, and A Familys Tone (A Sly and The Family Stone Tribute).
