The mission of Toledo Fringe Fest is to be a collaborative catalyst for cultural development filled with strikingly original artists, connecting with diverse audiences.
We are excited to bring you a wicked lineup of funky artists and installations set through the halls and creative spaces housed inside of our sprawling historic building.
