Y.E.S. Platinum XVIII

18th Annual Platinum Dinner to be held on August 8, 2020, at the Yakima Country Club starting at 5:30 p.m.

Some of the highlights of this years event:
We will be serving 19 wines, 14 of which are Double Platinum winners. The big winners in this years judging were Maryhill Winery with 15 Platinums, Reustle-Prayer Rock with eight Platinums and a new winery in the judging this year and winner of seven Platinum awards was Cellardoor Winery from, of all places, Portland, Maine. These wines and many more will be featured at the event.
Pinot Noirs were big this year with 19 of them winning Platinums. We will be featuring Pinot Noirs as one of the dinner courses.
Starting the evening, we will have a silent auction during the Winemakers reception, with beautiful baskets and award-winning wine lots.

During dinner a live auction of wines, dinners and the opportunity to attend and participate in the 2020 Platinum judging will take place. Proceeds from this event continue to go for wine industry scholarships at Yakima Valley College, WSU Tri-Cities Wine Science Program, the wine program at Walla Walla Community College, Okanagan College in British Columbia and the wine program at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon.

The ticket cost this year is $150 per person if the tickets are purchased prior to March 31st. After the 31st the cost will go to $165 per person. A reservation form is attached for your convenience.
