Join us on Sunday, July 20th for a 3pm matinee show at The Ark Bowl & BBQ aka "House of Horns" in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of New York....gig will be inside in the front room.

The Jimmy Carpenter Band performed here in 2024 and he sold the place out...we were packed to the gills and we hope to do the same this weekend but ONLY if you attend:>)....we are working hard here to bring top notch musicians to the the community so please continue supporting us

In 2025, Jimmy received his 10th Blues Music Award nomination for Best Instrumentalist/Horn - Jimmy won in 2021 and 2022.

Jimmy Carpenter tours internationally with his own band, as a member of Bill Murray & His Blood Brothers, and is the Musical Director of The Big Blues Bender in Las Vegas, one of the hottest blues festivals in the world. Jimmy is also a Grammy winner, having co-written a tune on The New Orleans Nightcrawlers winning album, Atmosphere.

A professional musician since 1980, Jimmy has toured the world with Tinsley Ellis, Jimmy Thackery, Walter Wolfman Washington, Eric Lindell, and Mike Zito. When Jimmy isnt on the road, he can be found in Las Vegas, playing the long-running blues bar The Sand Dollar, and serving as President of the Las Vegas Blues Society.

Jimmy and I have worked together for 15 years....he has performed at many of my past events as a special guest or as the sax sideman with Mike Zito, Walter "Wolfman" Washington, Eric Lindell & Billy Iuso & The Restless Natives
