"The New Patriot" Artist Dinner and Private Reception with Chef Brian Crow of Devils Food
On Saturday, Oct 4th, 2014 Leon is partnering with Chef Brian Crow of Devil's Food to present an unforgettable private dinner inspired by Jared David Paul Anderson's "The New Patriot".
This will be the last chance that our patrons and collectors will have to view "The New Patriot" while enjoying an inspired meal from one of Denver's top chefs. Guests will have the opportunity to spend an intimate evening with our featured artist, Jared David Paul Anderson, as well as Leon's curators, Eric Gustaf Nord and Eric Robert Dallimore to celebrate this delicious partnership between food and art.
Join us at 7pm as we start the evening with a champagne reception and then journey through 4 courses of organic, local cuisine and exquisite wine pairings prepared by Chef Brian Crow, all inspired by Jared's interpretation of what it means to be a new patriot.
Seating is extremely limited to 15 guests and tickets are $60 per person.
The New Patriot Menu
First Course:
Butternut Squash Bisque ginger crème fraiche, crispy tempura shitake & parsley oil
Second Course
New Patriot B.L.T arugula puree, toasted brioche, olive oil confit tomato, smoked pork belly & fried quail egg
Third Course
Lamb Meatballs lemon mascarpone risotto, roasted tomato fennel sauce & pine nut gremolata
Fourth Course
Banana Soufflé peanut butter chocolate sauce
