YoFi Fest is three days of watching and talking about movies. It's a chance to see new works by emerging filmmakers, including features, shorts, music videos, animation and student works.
Friday night features a Red Carpet Reception, special opening night films and an Opening Night after-party.
Saturday and Sunday offer screenings and workshops for kids in the morning followed by screenings and a "mini film school" for adults in the afternoon with workshops on the business of film, production, post production, screenwriting and breaking into the business, all featuring stories from professionals working in the trenches of the indie-film world. Both nights also have an after-parties where filmmakers and audiences get a chance to talk about the day's screenings or their next project in a fun and casual setting at some of the best local restaurants.
YoFi Fest is easy to get to, fun to hang out at and not to be missed!
