2-day Flamenco Workshops in New Orleans Sept 2~4

Two distinct workshops are coming from Spain to you, New Orleans! Take advantage of this opportunity and learn from an internationally recognized flamenco artist and enjoy the authentic flamenco!!!

Join us for the 2-day workshop by singer/dancer from Seville, Spain!
Learn to dance/play/sing/enjoy bulerías by understanding compás (rhythms) and cante. *It is for all levels & all flamencos, no matter you are dancer, singer, guitarist, percussionist or even just "aficionado" (fan) of flamenco!

"Sevillanas and More"
September 3 & 4**
Day 1 - Wednesday, Sept 3, 6:00-8:00 pm
**Day 2 - TBD Thursday, sept 4 - 1.5 hrs
(We will have this class only IF there is a request to do more than 1 day with minimum of 8 people / location will be different from Sept 3 class)

Dance Sevillanas "muy flamenca" with arte, aire, y soniquete
Using sevillanas, learn the basic movements necessary to dance flamenco. We'll work on hands & arms coordination, compás, weight shifting of your body, etc.
