DutchAcro meets BayAcro 2014
Niko will be offering training with bases lying down, standing up, and upside down. Workshop will include classic training in acrobatics, and inventive ways of getting in and out of postures that will explode your Acro horizons.
Come play with Icarian, hand-to-hand, and dance Acro transitions.
Pre Reqs for INTERMEDIATE workshops: free headstand, 20s handstand at the wall, at least 6mos of acro /acroyoga experience
FRI, 10/3, 6-9pm (ALL LEVELS) (3hrs)
SAT 10/4,SUN 10/5: 9-4pm (lunch 12-2) (INTERMED) (5hrs/day)
Fri Only: $40 for non-member, $35 for member (3hrs)
1 Day (Sat or Sun): $80 early bird ; $90 full; $70 BayAcro

2 Days (Sat+Sun): $160 early bird; $180 full; $140 BayAcro
