Homeschool Spring Gala

"Round up the usual suspects" and "have a date with fate" at this year's Homeschool Spring Gala. Celebrate the end of another school year at Rick's Café Américain in the exotic and mysterious Casablanca.

Once you enter the Cafe your fun evening starts with DJ Spinnin' Scott, a photo booth where you and your friends can try on zany props, snap group photos and get them printed all night long.

"I'm shocked, shocked to find gambling going on in here!" Rick's would not be complete without the Casino. You will have the chance to try your hand at Roulette, Dice, and Black Jack. Just for fun and free to play so don't expect a cash pay out like Captain Renault's.

There will be plenty of teen favorite food and drink offerings served by our caterer. In addition, our professional Gala photographer will take your candid and posed shots.

A special tribute will be made to all seniors. Homeschool alumni and their guests are invited to join the Gala as their class reunion!

Dressy clothes are the norm, but tuxedos and floor-length gowns are totally optional. Most guys sport a jacket and tie and the girls choose a variety of dress lengths. This is not an event that you need a "date" for, either! Guests mix and mingle with their friends and make new ones. Seating is not pre-assigned so everyone is free to move around throughout the evening.

The Gala is for homeschoolers and their guests ages 13 and up. Time is 8:00 pm to midnight.

Don't let too much "time go by"! LAST DAY for ticket sales is April 23, 2015 or until sold out - which ever comes first.

Remember - "Everybody comes to Rick's". "Here's looking at you kid!"
