Meditate on the concept of eternity through Duruflé's heart-stoppingly beautiful Requiem from 1947, dedicated to the memory of the composer's father. Turn from the frenzy of everyday life to contemplate the end of existenceand what follows itthrough this rich and powerful work. Then reflect on the incomprehensible enormity of the universeand our tiny place in itas Holst's ever-popular Planets fills the room.
