Inner Visions Reggae Band

Who are the four family members hitting the stage with such a big sound and so much love it actually becomes contagious? It's the Roots Reggae band Inner Visions from the tiny Caribbean Virgin Island of St. John. This quaint little U.S. Virgin Island is home to one of the most formidable reggae bands to grace the stage since the 70's. Their impassioned message of love and consciousness is coupled with just the right amount of soulful flavorings and arrangements. In a time when good conscious roots reggae music is placed on the back burner it is refreshing to see and hear the music we loved so much back then still respected and played today.
Inner Visions is a true family in every sense of the word. The members include Phillip "Grasshopper" Pickering (Lead Vocals/Rhythm and Lead Guitars/Percussions), his brother Alvin "Jupiter" Pickering (Background Vocals/Bass), his oldest son Akiba "Mr. Snooze" Pickering (Background Vocals/Keyboards) and rounding out the ensemble, is his youngest son Aswad "Hollywood" a.k.a. "Black Lion" (Drums/Percussions).
