BROADWAY ADVENTURE Summer Camps
DMR Adventures has recently relocated to Charlottesville, VA. We will be proudly offering THREE summer camps in the BROADWAY ADVENTURE camp series for 2014 for young people interested in studying musical theatre.
Broadway Baby
June 30 - July 3, 10AM-3PM ($225)
Open to rising 1st graders and up!
Campers will take classes in singing, dancing, acting, and audition technique, and will learn songs and dances from popular Broadway musicals such as Hairspray, Oliver, Annie, Grease, Matilda, Newsies, Wicked, Les Miserables and more!
Guest Instructor, Brad Bass, performed on Broadway in Wicked, Memphis and Jersey Boys!
Camp fee includes DMR Summer Camp t-shirt for first time campers ($15 value), and six tickets to the showcase on the final day of camp ($18 value). Campers must bring a packed lunch, water, and a snack each day.
The Broadway Baby Showcase will take place at 2PM on Thursday, July 3rd, followed by a short celebration with performers and families.
CINDERELLA Camp (Musical Theatre Production Camp #1)
July 14-18 - Half Day and Full Day Option
Half Day Option (rising 1st-3rd grade) - 9:30-12 Mon.-Thur. / 1-7 Fri. ($185)
Full Day Option - 9:30-4:30 Mon.-Thur. / 1-7 Fri. ($375)
A public performance will take place at 7PM on Friday, July 18th.
Campers will learn and utilize skills in audition technique, acting, singing, and dancing, to rehearse and perform a fully-staged musical - Cinderella.
Camp fee includes DMR Summer Camp t-shirt for first time campers ($15 value), a keepsake script for the production and a rehearsal CD ($15 value), and four tickets to the production ($20 value). Campers must bring a packed lunch, water, and a snack each day. Dinner will be provided on Friday, prior to the performance.
WILLY WONKA camp (Musical Theatre Production Camp #2)
July 21-25 - Half Day and Full Day Option

Full Day Option - 9:30-4:30 Mon.-Thur. / 1-7 Fri. ($375)

Campers must bring a packed lunch, water, and a snack each day. Dinner will be provided on Friday, prior to the performance.
