A documentary that plays like a cat-and-mouse detective tale, the film follows Mark Landis, a soft-spoken middle-aged man who may be the world's most prolific art forger, and the museum registrar intent on bringing him down. As the tale unfolds, it becomes even more gripping, as it becomes evident that the motivations behind the two men are not all that they first seem.
