The Best Christmas Pageant Ever is a play adapted from Barbara Robinsons 1972 novel that has also been adapted into movies. Preparations for a small towns traditional Christmas pageant take a turn when the Herdman siblings known as the worst kids in the history of the world take over! It looks like the play is doomed, especially because the Herdmans dont even know the Christmas story! But when they start to ask honest questions, everyone gains a fresh perspective on what that first Christmas really looked like. In the end, with unkempt costumes, a terrifying angel, and the Magis gift of ham, the town opens their eyes to the true impact of Christmas.
