SIERRA NEVADA BEER DINNER
Husick's by Forester is teaming up with our good friends at Sierra Nevada to bring you a unique event that is not to be missed. An expertly curated, family style dinner with 5 courses and 5 beers. Treat yourself to a bounty of food created by chef Matthew Brown and sip on the finest brews Sierra Nevada has to offer. You deserve it!.
Course ONE: Nostalgia Course-Tostada with grilled chicken, avocado, crema, cotija, & Salsa Morita. Paired with a PALE ALE.
Course TWO: Swiss chard with apple and pomegranate, whipped ricotta and cranberry sauce. Paired with a PILS.
Course THREE: Pernil with steamed yuca, Sofrito and fried garlic. Paired with a CELEBRATION IPA.
Course FOUR: Sick Soup: Coconut and lemongrass broth with lime, chili's and rice.
Paired with NORTHERN HEMISPHERE IPA.
Course FIVE: House made Bratwurst and Sauerkraut, horseradish and whole grain mustard.
Paired with OKTOBERFEST.
