Ryan McMahon returns to Port Alberni to bookend a year of shows and recording in one of his favorite spaces: Port Alberni's Char's Landing!
Whether he's performing solo, duo or as a full band, Ryan's shows have become notorious for showcasing his giant voice & his acerbic, irreverent story-telling & wit.

His voice warms the senses and his humour tickles the soul. Dry wit and honest songs about his experience with the human condition. Winner of three Vancouver Island Music Awards for Best Male Vocalist, Best Album and Best New Artist. His song "I'll Be Damned" is featured in the TV Series Californication. New album "Live Now" was recorded at Bryan Adams' world-renowned Warehouse Studios in Vancouver BC and will dropped November 2023. McMahon has supported some of the biggest names in Canadian rock history, touring with both Burton Cummings and Tom Cochrane in summer and fall of 2023 respectively. The latest focus track "A Song Can Change Your Mind" is a beautiful ballad that describes his love for the life he leads. He is on the road, sharing creations and that was the dream of a little boy singing in front of the mirror. A mirror that reflects a much older, wiser and grateful human for the gifts his audience give him.
