Nanaimo based guitarist and composer with a background in Classical guitar. Taking inspiration from Jazz, Latin, Spanish and Classical music, Bob composes music full of beautiful melodies and soulful rhythms that paint pictures and tell stories.

BIO
Bob started playing guitar at the age of 17 and never stopped. After getting frustrated with self learning, he enrolled in the music program at Malaspina College and completed a diploma in Classical Guitar, followed by a Bachelors degree in Jazz Guitar. After graduation, Bob has continued to play guitar all over Vancouver island in several different bands and as a Soloist. Bob started composing for solo guitar in 2017, and while balancing family/work/music has composed around a dozen original pieces of music for the guitar. Taking inspiration from many different musical genres, Bobs music tells stories and paints beautiful pictures. From thoughtful meditative pieces to virtuosic dances, there is always something for everyone.
