Sunday Supper: Sardegna (by Andy Catalano and team)
We're excited to announce our new Sunday Suppers series! We'll explore the rich and varied culinary traditions of Italy, one region at a time. The meals will feature a mix of individually plated and family style dishes, encouraging connection and community.
First up is Sardegna, the rugged Mediterranean island known for its pastoral tradition and fiercely proud identity. Think hard sheep's milk cheese, good olive oil, handmade pastas, and rustic, soulful cooking.
The cuisine may be Sardegnan but the produce is all hyper-local and responsibly sourced. As always, Andy sources from local growers who care deeply about the land, waters, and animals.
Regional wines will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
As a standard menu curating a specific experience for everyone, substitutions are respectfully declined.

Antipasti: Marinated vegetables, cheese, salumi, pane carasau Pasta: Malloreddus with roasted cherry tomatoes, pecorino, and basil Pesce: Olive-oil poached albacore with fennel and citrus salad Granita Dolci: Seadas (Sardinian fried cheese pastries)
