Mark Foehringer's Nutcracker Sweets
Celebrate the holidays at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture with Mark Foehringers Nutcracker Sweets, a 50-minute production of the classic holiday ballet for families with small children and audiences of all ages. This special production is danced storytelling that is affordable, magical, zany, and fun.
Foehringer uses his choreographic skills in contemporary dance and ballet to craft a show that is sure to thrill dance newcomers and seasoned ballet lovers. See all of the favorite Nutcracker characters in beautiful costumes performing on a colorful set with live chamber orchestra music.
Award-winning scenic designer Peter Crompton provides the set design and Emmy-nominated Richard Battle creates gorgeous costumes.

DIRECTIONS TO ACCESS SEAT MAP - Select the show date/time you are interested in attending in the drop down menu on the left hand side of the webpage.
To view the map of the theater, add a ticket (any) to your cart and click 'add to cart' to be taken to the seating chart of the event. If you would like to select your own seats, click option let me choose my own seats.
If you decide after viewing the chart, that you would prefer to purchase at a different price level than originally selected, you can click "Back" and remove the original ticket selection, and choose your new section. However, be sure to reselect the date/time that you would like to attend before adding your tickets to the cart.

How do I find out which section corresponds to which colored tickets? Is it possible to pick my own tickets (like last year)? Thanks. |

The way to see which colors go with which seats would be to add a ticket (any) to your cart and click 'add to cart' to be taken to the chart of the event. You can see there the colors. Once you know which section you want, you can go back, remove the quantity from the ticket color you no longer need and choose the one you do. Please be sure to select the correct show date and time prior to making your ticket selections. |

The Cowell Theater is located on the far end of Pier 2 (Herbst Pavillion) at the Fort Mason Center for Arts and Culture. When looking at the pavilion, walk down the right side of the pier to find the Cowell Theater entrance. For inquires for special accommodations to get to the theater, email info@mfdpsf.org
