DesignShift for Professionals is a one day interactive workshop where professionals experience a collaborative high performance design process that can be used immediately on their current projects. Key benefits of attendance include:

Don Saal works with design teams, from concept design through construction, to set goals and establish a framework for incorporating sustainability strategies into all aspects of the project design. Don's mechanical engineering background has provided him a wide array of experience with building systems. He has been a part of the DesignShift Team since 2012.

Sustainability Consultant II

Kyra Weinkle has more than eight years of experience in project management, LEED certification and sustainable design consulting. Kyra assists clients with implementing sustainable best practices through integrated design processes, operational guidance, and occupant engagement. Kyra has worked with multiple public utilities to facilitate energy efficiency programs as well as guide LEED certifications on a variety of projects. She has been a part of the DesignShift Team since 2013.
