Online Group Breathwork Session

In these fast paced and troubled times, it becomes increasingly difficult for our nervous system to regulate, leading to high anxiety, depression, distraction and lack of focus, avoidance, irritability, overwhelm or immobility.

If you are struggling with maintaining a state of balance or you would just like more tools in your pocket for how to do so, Rebirthing Breathwork can help. Rebirthing Breathwork is a gentle, conscious connected breathing method that helps dislodge tension and old trauma patterns, such as fight, flight and freeze, from the body. It's not enough to just process emotions verbally. In order to really relax and heal the body, we need somatic practices (body based) that can access a deeper level of release. Rebirthing Breathwork helps you move through old or current frustration, grief, anger, resentment, physical and emotional pain, as well as many other troubling feelings and beliefs, so that you can finally settle your nervous system and feel more relief in your daily life.
