Tres Generaciones Tequila Dinner
Join us at Public House on Tuesday, March 19 for a one-of-a-kind Tequila tasting dinner with Tres Generaciones. Chef Darius is creating a five-course, South American dinner menu to be paired with five different tequila-based cocktails. Dinner is from 6-9 p.m. Tickets to this event are $75, with limited seating available.
MENU
I: Coxinhas (Brazilian Chicken Croquettes), with pulled chicken, peppers, onion, fresnos, corn, salsa rojo, salsa verde. Paired with a Hibiscus Jalapeño Margarita, with Tres Generaciones Blanco tequila, Cointreau, hibiscus infused simple syrup, jalapeño tincture, lime juice, sugared rim.
II: Brazilian Fields (salad): Shaved fennel, heirloom tomatoes, avocado, shaved red onion, mint, hearts of palm, citrus segments. Paired with Tequila Tres Mojito, with pineapple-infused Reposado, Gran Gala, muddled mint, coconut puree, hand-squeezed lime, soda.
III: Moqueca (Brazilian Stew): Cod, shrimp, mussels, lobster, coconut Romesco, grilled lime, cilantro, scallion. Paired with Brazilian 75, with Reposado, lemonchello, fresh lime juice, topped with Prosecco and sugared rim.
IV: Braised Boar Shank: Pomegranate, pickled red onion, grilled pineapple, tortilla sopes, radish, heirloom tomato, grilled lime, natural jus. Paired with a Tequila Old Fashioned, with Anejo tequila, orange demerara, orange bitters, garnished with brandy-soaked cherries.
V: Horchata Rice Pudding, paired with Dulce De Leche 'Tini, with tequila blanco, caramel demerara, butterscotch schnapps, and caramel rim.
