Growing Stronger Relationships - ALIGN Indigenous Cultural Understanding Framework
EVENT DESCRIPTION:
ALIGN invites champions within their agencies who can support the knowledge transfer from this session and share it with their teams to attend Growing Stronger Relationships on Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Calgary.
This session will provide a foundation for walking together with Indigenous peoples. We will explore the Indigenous Cultural Understanding Framework's parallel sharing and learning journey.
We will create a principle-based place for individuals to continue conversations that will become a foundation for moving forward in parallel.
After this session, your agency champion will have a deeper understanding of the principles, bring back what they have learned through their experience, and mentor your team on how to implement the framework's principles in your work.
