Sara Caswell Quartet
GRAMMY-nominated jazz violinist Sara Caswell came to New York City at the behest Skitch Henderson, conductor of the New York Pops. There she formed a jazz quartet with guitarist Jesse Lewis, bassist Ike Sturm, and drummer Jared Schonig. Join Sara and her quartet of 15 years for an evening of music from their new album entitled The Way to You (Anzic Records, 2023). Featuring a blend of original repertoire and arrangements from their years of collaboration, the album, Sara's first as a leader in nearly 20 years, is "more than worth the wait" (John Murph - DownBeat Magazine).
