Ska-nksgiving! With Adrian Xavier & Ska Island
A 1-4pm matinee show at Orcas Island's Seaview Theatre, with Lopez-based musical powerhouse "Ska Island" performing a set of classic ska & rocksteady tunes from the 60's and 70's, with a special guest vocal performance by bandleader & trombone player Andy "Mr Cakes" Codrington. The band will be joined on stage by Seattle reggae legend Adrian Xavier to back him up on a full set of his original reggae fusion music.
The beloved Farm to Ferry foodtruck will be on hand serving a special Skanksgiving feast at noon when the doors to Seaview open. Bring your appetites, Brandon has some creative & delicious ideas up his sleeve for the feast...
