The North Shore Kiwanis Club supports reading programs and an 8th grade essay contest at local schools, including Peirce, Swift, Hayt and Goudy. All funds raised at this event will be used for these programs.
Our program will include presentations by Principals from neighborhood schools in Andersonville and Edgewater, as well as readings from student essays. Food and beverages will be provided.
This event will be held at the Swedish American Museum, 5211 N. Clark St, Chicago, on Monday, April 28, 2014, from 7-9pm.
