MISSION Story Salon with David Thornburgh
A private dinner for 16 with special guest David Thornburgh, Chair of the Committee of Seventy's Ballot PA initiative at David's home in Mt. Airy. Our primary focus will be a discussion about the changing of the guard that is well underway in Philadelphia's civic leadership.
In our version of the traditional Jeffersonian dinner, the dinner guests participate in a single facilitated conversation covering many aspects of a topic of our special guest's choosing.
Not only are David and Rebecca Thornburgh hosting us in their home, but our co-host for this edition is Anuj Gupta. Anuj is part of the changing of the guard as he just assumed the role of President and CEO of The Welcoming Center. Anuj will be feeding us from his family restaurant, Jyoti Indian Bistro.
We are asking guests to contribute to the costs for drinks and service by purchasing a ticket.
