Financial Projections & Cost Accounting
Business owners are required to make difficult decisions on a regular basis. Whether they want to introduce a product, take out a loan, buy equipment, or hire an employee, owners need to weigh the pros and cons of each decision, and gauge how that decision will affect their bottom line. Financial modeling is the best method for understanding the impact of a decision. It also helps owners estimate the amount of money required to start or grow a business and fund operations to a point where they are profitable and self-sustaining.
In this workshop, we dive into financial modeling, financial projections, and cost accounting. Led by Bryan Jaffee of Cascadia Capital LLC, this workshop will be best for people with a basic understanding of bookkeeping and business financials. It will be especially relevant to anyone interested in seeking funding through the Methow Investment Network, as financial projections are an essential aspect of securing a loan. This workshop will also benefit anyone writing a business plan for a new or existing venture.
