New England Championship Wrestling returns to live action on Saturday night, March 21, 2009 at the National Guard Armory, 1000 Hancock Street in Quincy, MA for MARCH BADNESS. Bell time is 7:00 PM.

After retaining his title in what many are calling the greatest title match in NECW history, NECW Triple Crown Champion, The Enforcer Max Bauer faces another tough challenge in former WWE star and a former NECW Tag Team Champion, Antonio The Promise Thomas. Since returning from Japan, Thomas has taken on a new serious and dedication that makes him a more potent threat than ever. The toughness of Maz Bauer was tested to the limit last time. Can he maintain that momentum and get by The Promise?

The NECW Tag Team Championship will be on the line as PRIDE battle the most controversial team in the history of NECW, The Crown Jewels (Darling Damon & Bad Boy Jason). They will be accompanied by their new manager, the man who appeared the as the special guest referee at GENESIS 8, Mr. Fabulous Tony Ulysses. PRIDE have fended off every top team that has faced them so far, but this time they are faced with a team unlike any team that has ever competed in NECW.

The new NECW Television Champion, The Real Deal Brandon Locke teams with the beautiful Taeler Hendrix as they battle former Television Champion, Handsome Johnny and Sammi Lane.
