Lynette D Charity MD, a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist with over 40 years of clinical expertise and decades of life experience, including burnout and depression while in her medical career. She had to learn how to reinvent herself and take many leaps to find her calling in medicine, while overcoming numerous obstacles along her journey. Dr Charity will share her most dramatic life lessons and career burnout strategies along with her fun sense of humor.
