SEATTLE CABARET FESTIVAL Presents: ANGIE LOUISE in "Getting There From Here"
Singer-songwriter Angie Louise shares new songs about characters who long for adventure and transformation. Ride shotgun with her to parts unknown, with the wind in your hair and the GPS malfunctioning! Whether we end up a phoenix or a pile of ashes, at least we got out of the house. "Mesmerizing." - TalkinBroadway
ABOUT ANGIE LOUISE
Angie is the longtime frontwoman and songwriter for Weimar-inspired rock band The Love Markets ("Irresistible" - Seattle Magazine); record releases include BEAUTY FACTORY and WORLD OF YOUR DREAMS. She's also a member of Actors' Equity who's performed a multitude of principal roles on Seattle's AEA stages, toured regionally with The 5th Avenue Theatre's production of CABARET, and served on two acclaimed feature films as a screenwriter, songwriter, and principal actor (GORY GORY HALLELUJAH, IRA FINKELSTEIN'S CHRISTMAS). Angie's awards include the Academy of American Poets Prize. "A singer, songwriter and actress with fearsome chops." - City Arts Magazine.

SEATTLE CABARET FESTIVAL Presents: THE SIRENS OF SWING in "The Sirens Get Bad"
It's time once again for the Sirens of Swing to emerge from the land of Blema. Through their unique brand of harmonies and humor, a night with the Sirens is one you won't soon forget. So raise your glass and join us in our Blemish toast, Fremtok Mwow!
ABOUT THE SIRENS OF SWING
The Sirens of Swing features three Seattle cabaret luminaries - Karen Kay Cody, Joanne Klein and Jayne Muirhead - with music direction by John Engerman. First produced in the 1990s, their tributes to the infectious sounds of classic vocal trios such as the Boswell Sisters and the Andrews Sisters were hit shows at the Cabaret de Paris. With lush harmonies and jive rhythms, they take audiences on a musical journey back to the 1930s and 1940s full of sass and romance.
Showtime: 9:00 PM. Doors open at 8:30.
See you at Egan's!
*Egan's requests a $10 minimum purchase per patron (food or drink).
