Agile CT Monthly Meeting 01/15/2014
DANIEL MEZICK on: BETTER AGILE ADOPTIONS

A hypothesis of Open Agile Adoption is that the introduction of Agile is a very triggering for most participants, causing them to disengage and even resist the Agile adoption effort. For managers and systems architects, the worries triggered by Agile are very acute. Mandated Agile practices simply amplify these worries by causing disengagement and ultimately, resentment.

Attend this session if your Agile adoption is troubled, or if you are considering Agile and want to get it right the first time. The techniques described during this session can be used at any time with what you are currently doing.  You may want to forward this to your manager, director of VP if they are interested in getting genuine traction with Agile.

Who Should Attend:

   Progressive leaders of organizations that want to rapid and lasting success with Agile adoption;
   Executives beginning to implement Agile across multiple teams;
   Executives with current Agile adoptions that are having problems;
   Managers, Coaches, and Team members who are participating in new or existing Agile adoption in their organizations;
   Anyone leader who wants to avoid the pitfalls of implementing Agile in their organization
