Soul Picnic Sandia Chill Concert
Featuring the vocals of Andrew Cooper and Toni Morgan who will perform with the Got Soul Band in heartfelt memory of the late and great soul and R&B singer Michael Herndon. The Got Soul band as led by Jim Casey on guitar will include Milo Jarimillo on base, Glen Kostur on sax, and JD Davis on drums.
This concert benefits the Placitas Elementary School Art.
Children 12 and under free if accompanied by a ticketed adult. Sandia Chill Concerts, presented by Canyon Blues & Jazz, are held outdoors in Placitas, NM at the Homestead Village parking lot near the white Gazebo. Dress according to the weather, bring your own folding chair, and you may bring a picnic with food and beverages. Large umbrellas and folding tables larger than 2' X 2' are allowed on the periphery of the main seating area only to allow for unobstructed seating visibility to the stage. Ticket holders assume all risks associated with outdoor concerts.
