The dance body bootcamp workout mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie burning fitness party. Have fun while effectively burning calories and toning your muscles. Our classes improve cardio, muscle fitness, balance, flexibility and boost your energy level. class.

Each week will have a different focus and a new 8 count of choreography.
