Together in Song: Media Chamber Chorale's Spring Concert, May 22

Join Media Chamber Chorale this spring as we welcome Dr. John Alston, Founder, Executive and Artistic Director of Chester Childrens Chorus as our special guest. Dr. Alston will conduct two spirituals with deep personal meaning and lend his powerful voice to a third. The Chorale also will sing Schuberts Mass in G, excerpts from Joseph Fitzmartins Vineyard and the Sea, and selections from Broadways Les Misérables. The performance will be approximately 1 hour with no intermission.

Media Chamber Chorale began in 1984 with a group of professional and dedicated amateur singers who wished to perform quality music in a chamber setting. We have performed annual winter and spring concerts since 1992, and we have been asked to sing at numerous community venues including Tyler Arboretum, Longwood Gardens, the Delaware County Summer Festival in Rose Tree Park, retirement communities, and the PA Renaissance Faire. We also perform annually at the Wallingford Community Arts Center's holiday craft fair.

We sing diverse music that includes standard choral repertoire as well as opera excerpts, show tunes, madrigals, spirituals, and folk songs. For additional information, please visit mediachamberchorale.org.
