Todd Armstrong has represented Portland, OR for Comedy Centrals Comics to Watch, is really proud of that. Nice things great comics said he is Todd are brilliant, hilarious, from set up to punchline, pure genius, amazing writer and, according to his nephew, Todds the Worlds Greatest Uncle!. Todd is also the Host, Writer, Director and Co-Producer of Permanent Comedy, a web-series that follows Todd as he interviews Comedians, Artists and Friends about comedy, life and making permanent choices in both.
