An authentic Alaska community, the surprisingly artsy, coastal town of Cordova lives and breathes fishing. Every July, through this family-friendly festival, local nonprofits and loads of volunteers come together to raise awareness of the regions rich resources and raise funds to support art opportunities with 2 days of live music, a wild food cook-off, running events and free kids activities. Theres also a beer tent, artisan craft fair and lots of fun for all ages at Cordovas beautiful Mt. Eyak Ski Area.

This year, as we pivot towards more normalcy, things are still a little different. We're excited to bring back LIVE music on the hill this year! We're thinking more "Concert in the Park" style so everyone can spread out, get comfortable with their own blankets and chairs and enjoy the music out from under the big tent. Each evening will offer about 2 hours of live music, one hour highlighting local musicians such as Insider and Keys on Fire with the second hour featuring our guest artists from Anchorage, Lateral Lines.

In order to keep the physical distancing safe, there will be no beer garden at this year's event. The wild food cook-off is also postponed until it is safe to offer once again. But, there will be food vendors! Stay tuned for who will be cooking us up some delectable local fare.

By purchasing a ticket, you are supporting the performers and Cordova's arts council: Cordova Arts & Pageants, which brings artists from all over the world to perform for the community of Cordova and share their art in the schools all year long. In 2020, with everything on hold, Cordova Arts & Pageants was pleased to be able to support over 20 local artists with a COVID Arts Relief Grant they created. They are looking forward to sharing the artists' work in the coming months.

This event will occur rain or shine. There are NO refunds. If the weather is awful (ie. high winds and sheets of rain), the event will be moved to the Cordova Jr/Sr High School gymnasium so we can still have space to DANCE!

All volunteers receive $5 discount off entry. Volunteers will receive a coupon to redeem at the gate. If you are a volunteer, you can only purchase your ticket at the gate. Thanks for helping the festival!
