2-Day Innovation Games Course
This 2-day course will enable you to work directly with your customers, eliciting unique insight into what they truly want from your product or service.
This two-day certification course will teach you how to use a variety of games with your customers to:
Uncover unspoken needs & breakthrough opportunities
Understand where your offerings fit into your customers' operations
Clarify exactly how & when customers will use your product or service
Deliver the right new features & make better strategy decisions
Increase empathy for the customers' experience within your organization
Improve the effectiveness of the sales & service organizations
Identify your most effective marketing messages and sellable features
Discover what customers don't like about your offerings
The course covers both in-person and online games, including our online sales enablement game Knowsy, and includes sections on facilitation and presentation skills.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Jason Tanner is the president of Enthiosys, an agile product management consulting firm, and an Innovation Games Qualified Instructor. He joined Enthiosys in 2008 and has 18+ years of professional experience with software companies, a telecommunications company and the Marine Corps. His expertise spans agile software product management, product marketing, business planning, partner management, project management and leadership. Jason is an active member of the Agile User Group in Research Triangle Park, the Triangle Product Management Association in Raleigh, NC, and the North Carolina Council for Entrepreneurial Development. He holds a BS degree in mechanical and aeronautical engineering from Cornell University and a MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Duke University.

General Ground Rules and Conditions for Registration and Attendance:
INTRO: Your registration is an explicit commitment to attend. Anyone authorized by the event promoter to attend this event is subject to the following Ground Rules as a condition of attendance:
REFUNDS: 75% before 12/21/2013; no refunds after 12/21/2013. Tickets (for all events, regardless of ticket price) are transferable; if you cannot make it to the event you can send a friend in your place.
RECORDING: No audio or video recording permitted. Recording of video and/or audio is grounds for revoking your authorization to attend. You may take pictures.
GENERAL GROUND RULES: You are required to show up ready to have loads of FUN and engage in lots of LEARNING with lots of other very curious, fun-loving people. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this class (hereafter the Event), you are explicitly authorizing us to capture pictures, video, and audio recordings of your image and voice and to use these recordings in promotion of our events. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you are agreeing explicitly to indemnify and hold harmless the following parties from any and all claims, including but not limited to any loss, damage, or legal liability related to attendance: a) the venue provider, b) the event promoters, c) anyone and everyone else even remotely associated with the execution of the Event event in any way, whatsoever. The Event promoter reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke admittance to anyone at any time, subject only to refunding within 30 days any dollar price paid for said admittance.
