EPAD Platform is our online initiative that gives Edinburgh's professional independent performing arts practitioners a place to share their work with peers from the city's performing arts community. It will take place on Zoom.
The next EPAD Platform will take place on Wednesday 24 February 2021 from 1.00 to 2.30pm.
Ecoscenographer, Mona Kastell will lead a short introductory workshop on ecological thinking to help co-create sustainable new narratives in the entertainment industry for the future of our society and the planet.
Learn more about Mona's journey as a designer from traditional to ecological design. Discuss different approaches and examples of integrating environmental principles into artistic practices. How do the ideas translate into actions? Be part of the solution.
This is a session for all those interested in supporting our network; and who wish to connect creativity and climate change into sustainable art-making and explore how we can engage with communities so they play a central role in environmental advocacy and education.
There will be time for questions and feedback after the presentation.
