Alpha Acid Brewing Co. Barrel Constrictor Bottle Release and 6th Anniversary 11/20-21/2020
The leaves are turning colors and the nights are growing colder, what better way to close out our sixth year than opening our cellar to release four barrel aged imperial stouts and a special port barrel aged anniversary sour ale?
Rum Barrel Constrictor This dark beer has been aged for over a year in rum barrels from
Martinique island. Its roasted chocolatey richness and oaky liquor smoothness is sure to fill you
with warmth.
Vanilla Rum Barrel Constrictor We start with our Rum Barrel Constrictor base and meld it
with organic Tahitian vanilla to add sweet notes to this beers dark, malty punch.
Coconut Rum Barrel Constrictor Both toasted and fresh coconuts are added to our Rum Barrel
Constrictor base to give this brew a full, rich, chocolate-dipped macaroon flavor.
Cellar Reserve Barrel Constrictor We have taken three of our most popular Barrel Constrictor variants to create this vintage blend. July 2019 Whistle Pig aged Rye, July 2018s brew, aged in Makers Mark Private Select barrels, and the February 2018 Buffalo Trace. The culmination, a crowd-pleasing beer for any spirit lover. Who could say no to rye, whiskey and bourbon flavors jam-packed into this heavy-weight brew?
6th Anniversary This is a wild ale aged for over two and a half years in Woodside Vineyards port barrels for a pungent yet smooth sour.
This is a two day event (Friday Nov. 20th and 21st) please pace yourselves.
