Rhizomes - In the Soil Multi (p)Arts Festival
As part of In the Soil Multi (p)Arts Festival, we look forward to delivering a reimagined RHIZOMES program - a series of site-specific installations and performances throughout the east-end neighborhood of St. Paul Street from Thursday 24 September to Sunday 27 September.
Our reimagined RHIZOMES program aims to safely bring contemporary artists and audiences together to bring sweet, surprising and provoking experiences to unique places. A roster of incredible artists from Niagara and beyond have been working away to illuminate the architecture of our neighbourhood, inspire thoughtful conversations and in some cases, bring a little ridiculous joy to you.

How does it work? A guided tour to performances and installations will begin on the front lawn of Silver Spire United Church in downtown St. Catharines. (366 St. Paul Street). Tickets to tours are available for a maximum of 6 people at a time and will be delivered every evening between Thursday 24 September - Sunday 27 September at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm. Each tour will last approx. 75 mins.
Due to Covid-19, health and safety protocols will be in place for all events including; social distancing measures, hand sanitizer stations and contact tracing. Tours will include visits to both indoor and outdoor spaces. Masks must be worn at all times during the tour. In order to maintain physical distancing, only six participants will be scheduled for each tour.
