Scott has a unique way of dealing with a live audience that seems above suspicion. Innocent and casual, his repartee is like talking with a neighbor over the fence as he grills a cheeseburger. Somehow, Scott is able to build a camaraderie that sets the crowd at ease. Maybe it's that impish smile that tricks you into trusting him. Maybe it's the way Scott laughs at his own foibles, that lulls you into
a false sense of security. Some viewers try to maintain their silence, but within a few moments, even the most stubborn audience is a part of Scotts' show.
