Virtual OzCon International

Join us for one day of Ozzy fun at the 56th Annual OzCon International, in our first ever, one online OzCon event on Saturday the 18th of June.

We can't be together in person, but Glinda's magical book of records has gone online this year to ensure that we can still be together and celebrate Oz. Tag a long for a mixture of pre-recorded presentation and panels along with some live segments. If you've not been to OzCon before we will give you a taste of the Oz fun.

2020 marks yet another 100 year Oz milestone as of course well be celebrating the centennial of L Frank Baum's last ever Oz book - Glinda of Oz. And we will also be marking 35 years of Disney's 1985 Return to Oz.

Our presenters/speaker so far are: Doug Aberle, Eric Shanower, Dina Massachi, Peter Hanff, John L Bell, Colin Ayres, Sam Milazzo, LA Quadling and Eric Gjovaag. More are in process to be to be announced soon.

We will feature content each from mid-day California PDT. We will still feature some of our usual programming regular, such as the challenging Oz Quiz, presentations about Oz, Panels, the Winkie Award interviews the Oz Clubs and an online after-party (Bring your own drink)!

As we are in unusual times and we do not have the usual overheads to host OzCon, the Virtual Oz is a one-off - free events. We do politely ask though for any donation to support OzCon and our new YouTube channel The OzConnection which will launch on the 18th of June, youll help keep it alive and running for the next 56 years. And you will need to register to attend Virtual OzCon.
