Decision Makers II: Leadership - The Essential Business Strategy

Join us Thursday, October 17th - 3:00-6:00pm at The Clubhouse at McCormick Woods in Port Orchard when KEDA presents "Leadership - The Essential Business Strategy" with international business consultant, Dora Summers-Ewing,PhD, MBA.

Over the past 20+ years, Dr. Dora Summers-Ewing has consulted with global companies of all sizes, and across all industries on four continents. She will be sharing her insights and experience with regard to the importance of leadership development in today's dynamic and ever-changing marketplace. In addition, Dora along with her colleague, Meisha Rouser, have just completed a pilot project surveying Kitsap area businesses and organizations on their human capital practices. A discussion of the initial results will showcase several local examples of innovative human capital strategies that deliver results. Join us for an afternoon that will forever change the way you view your most strategic asset - your people!

Other program highlights include a panel of local business leaders who will share their perspectives and experiences in a discussion on Human Capital - "Leveraging Your Most Important Asset."

The presentation begins at 3pm and will be followed by a hosted appetizer buffet, wine and beer.
