Magical Moonshine Theatre presents The Grasshopper and the Ant
A rare opportunity to see this heartwarming family show in a charming intimate setting.
In Magical Moonshine's original rewriting of the Aesop's fable, a young grasshopper tries to find his purpose in life. Through a series of possible coincidences he comes to believe that his playing of music on grass is what keeps nature growing. Meanwhile, his friend, Amy Ant encourages him to store up food for the impending winter. When winter arrives the grasshopper is despondent that nothing is growing anymore and he has failed to find his purpose...but has he? Surprises await at the fairies' Winter Festival.
