TOTALLY MOZART!
An intimate evening of chamber music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, with a pre-concert talk on the pianos of his era.
The Music of the Spheres Society opens its 13th concert season with a variety of chamber works by Mozart, performed by acclaimed musicians: pianist Steven Lubin, violinist Stephanie Chase and cellist Louise Dubin. This concert will be performed on modern instruments.

The concert will be preceded by a talk at 7:30, which is included in admission:
"The Pianos of Mozart's Time, and His Own Piano" by Stewart Pollens
Stewart Pollens is the former (1976-2006) Conservator of Musical Instruments at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the author of books that include "The Early Pianoforte," "Stradivari," and the forthcoming "The Manual of Musical Instrument Conservation" and "Bartolomeo Cristofori", all published by Cambridge University Press.
