Take a look into the 10th-anniversary edition of the beloved Veganomicon cookbook with Chef Alex. We'll explore some recipes from the book and gain invaluable information on both the vegan diet and cooking for the vegan lifestyle. Alex will demonstrate a kale tahini Caesar salad; classic mac and cheese; seitan piccata and green beans, and strawberry-apple crisp.
Instructor: Alex Bury
This is a demonstration class with a vegan menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
